• Please feel free to ask for a shipping quote. We’re happy to send to most countries.
  • We rely on Australia Posts guidelines for postage, based on weight and postcode.  We most commonly used Parcel Post with tracking, but no signature is required upon delivery. Registered post is available for $4.00 extra.
  • Please make sure your delivery address is correct.  Oscarj will not be held responsible for any mistakes or lost goods. If you have not received your item within the Australian shipping times, we will do our best to find out the problem.
  • Once your order is complete and your payment is cleared your item will be posted within 10-15 working days.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for your custom creation.
  • All international shipping should be received within 2-3 weeks using Australia Registered Post.

  • Regarding refunds please read the below carefully.
  • All items will be shipped carefully, we are not responsible to damaged stock in transit. All of our products leave in a very safe and well packaged state.
  • If you change your mind after receiving your item there will be not refund.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable as they are made to your specifications.
